How do I set up sequential ID generation?
Install the app from HubSpot Marketplace, configure your settings in the EasyID interface, create corresponding properties in HubSpot, and start creating records. IDs will be generated automatically.
Can I customize the ID format?
Yes! You can customize prefixes, starting numbers, and format templates. For example: DEAL-2024-001, CONT-{number}, or COMP-{year}-{month}-{number}.
What's the difference between plans?
Free: 100 IDs/month, deals only. Starter ($9/month): 1,000 IDs, all object types, update existing records. Pro ($29/month): 10,000 IDs, multiple columns per object. Enterprise: Unlimited IDs, priority support.
Can I update existing records with IDs?
Yes, with Starter and Pro plans you can use the bulk update feature to generate IDs for existing records that don't have them yet.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. We use HubSpot's secure OAuth authentication, encrypt all data in transit and at rest, and follow industry best practices for data security.
How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
You can upgrade directly from the EasyID settings interface or manage your subscription through the Paddle customer portal. For downgrades, use the customer portal or contact support.
