1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using EasyID ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

EasyID is a HubSpot application that provides sequential ID generation for CRM objects including deals, contacts, companies, and tickets. The Service integrates with your HubSpot account to automatically generate and assign sequential identifiers.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Have a valid HubSpot account
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Use the Service to generate spam or malicious content
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

5. Subscription Plans and Billing

Plan Types

• Free Plan: 100 IDs per month, deals only
• Starter Plan: $9/month, 1,000 IDs, all object types
• Pro Plan: $29/month, 10,000 IDs, multiple columns
• Enterprise Plan: Custom pricing, unlimited IDs

Billing Terms

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• Usage limits reset monthly
• Payments are processed by Paddle
• All fees are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by EasyID and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may:

• Perform scheduled maintenance
• Make updates and improvements
• Experience temporary outages

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasyID shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EasyID from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where EasyID operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
